We've been running around like crazy since the week before Theo's birthday. We've had family in town and lots of visiting to do which is always lovely but tiresome now that we have Theo in tow. He needs routine, something that Eric and I have never needed in our life before him. So this past week, other than our Patagonia private tour of New Belgium Brewery which entailed Theo missing his afternoon nap, his dinner (not because we didn't bring it~he was too interested in everything else and overtired) and his entire bedtime routine, we're somewhat back to normal.
As I was leaving for work a few morning ago, I took one last run upstairs to kiss my loves goodbye. This photo is how I found them!
